About Jenny
When Jenny was 14 years old, her father
handed her the ledgers from his office
machine store and said: “Here are the
books; do them!” And she’s been doing
books ever since!
Education
Jenny worked
for her father until she
graduated from the University of
Northern Colorado with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Small Business
Management. She then went on
to earn a Master’s of Business
Administration from Colorado State
University.
Experience
After graduation, Jenny served as
Town Clerk/Treasurer for the town of
Lyons, Colorado. She has managed her
family investments. In all, she has
accumulated more than 20 years of
experience in bookkeeping and money
management. A variety of business
owners and other individuals currently
use her services.
Motivations
Clients and associates describe Jenny as
a warm and friendly professional who enjoys
contact with her diverse clients—especially
the elderly. They can grow fearful
and anxious about managing their money.
This is partly due to the threat of scam artists,
who may try to take advantage of their
vulnerability and generosity. Jenny can
help prevent this from happening while
providing accurate and upbeat service.
Accountability & Service
One of Jenny’s priorities is ethical service. She
is an active member of the Elder Care Network
of Larimer County. She also maintains
membership in the American Association of Daily
Money Managers, the American Institute of
Professional Bookkeepers and the Better Business
Bureau. When she isn’t working, you would
probably find Jenny spending time with her
family, traveling and/or listening to music.
“Sometimes my clients are weighed down with worry,” says Jenny. “I help them stay up to date on their day-to-day finances and relieve stress for them and their families. We build great relationships. And they tell me how much they appreciate my services. I truly love this work.”
